Steve973 Posted July 28, 2005 Does it look that white? Or is that just the white balance on the camera under blue-ish lights? Quote Link to comment
arguss66 Posted July 28, 2005 what kind of light are you using and how long have you had him?thanks Quote Link to comment
mandelbloom Posted July 28, 2005 He actually looks much greener in person. The pic just came out kind of colorless. I just got him less than a week ago, he found a nice spot in a crevice between some rocks. Unforuntaly snug up against some polyps I have. The polyps arem mostly full extended still though so I guess they are getting along ok He is just under 48W CF in a 12 gallon cube. Actually he is under 24 right now but will be under 48 very shortly. I am sure people are going to rip me a new one for having it, but I am keeping a close eye on it if he looks unhappy then I will give him to my friend. BTA's are actually medium light anemones they have been known to hide from MH. I am planning on getting a new 56 gallon shortly with either a ton of PC or and MH so I will move him there eventually. He seems happy though, picked a spot and stayed there, pretty close to the top too. Seems to be on a routine shrinks up to expell waste every AM when I wake then just before the lights kick in he fills back up. Quote Link to comment
MoonDark Posted July 28, 2005 Low light ,but they don't actually HIDE from MH unless they are in bad condition ( bleached )... Quote Link to comment
