Anyone know what type of worm this is, sorry for the bad pic. This thing is about 4-5 inches long with a lot of legs. I saw this right after turning the lights on. He was crawling along the back of the tank. Is a good thing or a bad thing

it might be bad i saw a thread of a guy that caught a worm with alot of legs that was i think 13 inches long... i think it was a centipe(i got bad spelling sorry lol)

 

they eat zoo's and such...

 

 

 

better remove it even if its not harmfull.

Those kewl little buggers aerate the sand and eat the junk out of the sand and Liverock! Good to keep unless they get bigger than 10" long, for they have razor-sharp teeth that could hurt the fish if they grow large enough, however this is unlikely considering the speed at which fish swim compared to the worm. The worms do not hurt coral.
