It looks like a form of Planaria. Use the Faltworm Exit that you mentioned. That stuff works really well. If you have a lot of flatworms make sure that you do a water change as they start to die off. You might want to suck out as many as you can before using the Flatworm Exit.

it looks exactly like the flatworms I've seen. It is a flatworm.

Actually I paid a large sum for this guy...its identity is classified! But I can tell you we will be selling them as "REEF COCKROACHES!"

They are BAD VERY BAD... if you dont keep them under control they reach plague proportions and suck... I have been using flatworm exit on the same guys ! I am about get rid of my tank or start over thanks to these little devils.

THAT'S IT!! THAT'S THE THING!! I had one of those in my QT tank years ago, but my camera wouldn't focus on it for me to get a clear pic to post. It disappeared and I've never seen one since.
