Yes, this is the Sanders piccolo. A lfs ordered it for me from a wholesaler in Ca. I believe it was called Quality Marine.

As far as air driven skimmers go it was one of the only ones that would work with little modification. It is superior to the Lees, corallife and other small skimmers. I am suprised at how well it preforms. It acually jams in my nano.
