jenniebutterfly Posted March 28, 2005 my tank has 113 watts compact fluorescents from jbj, there are 2 fixtures, one is the desktop and the other is a 30" single 50/50 strip. no my rocks are not epoxied, i have a tendancy to move them around a lot. the bow is a nice tank, just a pain if you want to upgrade to halides, you can't center it, you have to use 2 because of the center brace. if i was not planning on moving my coral to the 29 gallon one day, i would upgrade my lights to a few more watts per gallon. maybe somewhere over 200. but they are bright enough for what i like to keep Quote Link to comment
clipse12 Posted March 30, 2005 29gallon? How many tanks do you have? Do you use your "other tanks" as a quarantine, grow-out, or FOWLR tank? I just completed some major modifications to my eclipse12 but am itching to "do something" more (i.e. more modifications, more coral, another tank, etc.). I'm trying to figure out my next step.
