j5rec Posted February 23, 2005 First and foremost, I agree with getting a new camera. This one is just so cheap. But I'm still trying to decide on which one I like. As far as the color spectrum deal, I can't quote where I read it, but everything points to ok. This is sort of an experiment to see what happens. every thread I read on the subject seems to go dead right after the lights are installed. So I hope to keep it going untill I can say yes, everything is growing and doing fine or no, it's all dead. Lets hope for the best. As a side note there's a 20+ page thread on Reef Central about LED lighting for corals. It's horrible to read, but it gets into it eventully. And yes, I made it all by myself. Quote Link to comment
