Pom Pom Crab

That's a great picture. Wish mine would come out and say hi so I could grab a shot of him.

When I first had it it came out more often, sometimes whenever I fed to grab some snacks. I got an emerald crab and it seems to be more shy now. Usually if I want to get a good look or photograph it I turn the lights back on after they've been off for a little while and the pom pom is out front all ready for a photoshoot!

That's a good idea, I'll have to try it. I catch glimpses of him when I feed the corals mysis but when he sees I'm there he takes back off into the rock work. It really is a cool little crab. I almost enjoy the smaller life of my tank more. When people come over they are usually amused by the crabs and things that I have.
