switched to something that attempts to be a little more camouflage-y. Although I don't think her bleached nem helps :)

tru. part of it is the exposure of the picture, but im also trying to recover the tank after some of neglect. Any recommendations for unbleaching them?

Assuming they've got proper lighting, feed them. At least feed them every other day until they start to recover. Feed daily if they'll eat it.

Cool thx. Yea for a while they hadn't been feed for almost months. I've been doing about 2-3/week for the past 3 weeks, hopefully they will start picking up.

when I had a rose and green BTA I feed them mysis and brine and they loved it. The only problem is that they got extremely big really fast.In the wild they don't each much since they depend on their clownfish host so I would recommend feeding them once or twice a week. As for your bleaching issue, how long do you leave your light on. I run my lights a total of 7 to 8hrs a day. 2hrs running actinic only plus 6hrs running both daytime and actinic. Bleaching usually occurs when the light is to strong or on for to long.

I run the light (150W halide 14K) from about 12:30pm to 7pm, so about 6.5 hours. Ill see how keeping up with the feeding goes however.

I dig this pick, I'm not sure if there's much camouflage going on though. My maroon clown loves to hang around my colony of mushrooms too.

Yea, now that i see some of the other pics, which some are pretty awesome btw, i think its more about hiding out, rather than camo. But yea it is a sweet pic, maybe itll be better for a different photo contest in the future, hehe.
