ngoodermuth Posted December 18, 2010 I'm still new at this... What is the bubble-type coral on the right? Really cool! Quote Link to comment
keydiver Posted December 18, 2010 its actually called a bubble coral. I love that red grape caulerpa, thought it was a coral at first glance Quote Link to comment
murjan Posted December 18, 2010 thanks friends. yes its a bubble coral and it is really cool and an easy LPS to keep. the caulerpa is a nice addition too, it came as an invisible hitchhiker on a frag. sooner than later it exploded and it really gives a nice depth of colors to the background. beside it are my first SPS corals, been there for one month. the Digitata i guess its called this was much much lighter in colors. but it had purpulish hue to it that now seems to be almost gone. dont know why... i know sps change colors depending on many conditions but it seems to be doing fairly good. the other smaller branch to its right, i have no idea about it, it has some good PE but colors keeps fading in and out without any reason. any ideas? ngoodermuth Posted December 18, 2010 Is it a certain type of bubble coral? I've seen bubble coral at the LFS, but never that shape or with the tentacles in between. It's def a nice piece. The hubby is the one with the experience... I'm a newbie but lovin the hobby Thanks for the info and nice looking tank! Quote Link to comment

Mojorizn Posted December 19, 2010 Looks great. And two years running huh? That's fantastic. Most tanks don't last 6 months. Quote Link to comment
murjan Posted December 19, 2010 thanks M well tanks can last for years, it is people's patience that dont last enough to keep them running for years. or lack of knowledge, research, etc. this tank lost alot of inhabitants though the time and did cost a lot of money too. thanks for the rate dude. thanks white Quote Link to comment
