Don't do it. Unless you don't want to be able to grow anything. Those LEDs put out hardly any useable light.

+1. Those LEDs are junk (and yes, I have actually tested them). JMO

Ah cool, thanks for the comments guys. My order has been delayed for a week so I'm gonna change either the 4-LED strips or do a DIY setup, hrm
