Hi Sotomx - First off I just wanted to comment on how much I like your tank setup. I think your've done an awesome job arranging your live rock into this innovative design which essentially cones up in the center of your tank. I've been running a Solana 34g for about 3 months now and i've spent the most time arranging the LR in my tank and yet i'm not 100% satisfied. I have about 50lbs of live rock which I ended up piling to the back wall with some deliberate caves/overhangs created(standard, i know).

I think the center cone design is something I like to try since it looks like it provides more real estate for coral life. One of the challenges I faced was a balance b/w design and stability. It was so difficult to get the rocks to fit together in a stable enough fashion. Did your center cone just come as one piece of LR or did you build that out of multiple pieces of LR? if the latter, do you mind sharing some tips on how you got them to look/fit nicely?
