However, guessing that philosophy wasn't what you had in mind, it thus begs the question: What makes you so sure that the starfish would die off quickly? PS: I've had several tanks for some time now (greatly exceeding the 4 months you've suggested).

Tough crowd...I so be it...what a waste to the animals...obviously they just looked good compared to doing research for the long sustained life they can live if they have the right conditions...with no stress.

It's not that we're a tough crowd, we're experienced. We all mostly care about the livestock we keep and the stewarding the money we spend wisely (not buying things/livestock we already know won't work). This is far more than pushing the envelope.

to say your sebae will host your clown is meaningless once you consider that sebaes get huge (bigger than the footprint of that tank), the clown itself will outgrow the tank, and that flame probably hates it there.
