Nice tank...i wont mention the *T* word...but how has your blue and green motis down under your PC's? Did they lose any color-turning more brown? Just wondering cuz I want to get some too.

oh no someone called the tang police! You know, thousands of yellow tangs die every day due to inexperienced fish keepers. Get off this guys back at least he knows what hes doing. Being a salesman at an LFS i wouldnt have sold that fish for that tank, but then again, there are other lfs's that will say "do you have a fish tank?" and when the customer replies yes, they sell them the yellow tang with no questions asked. If you ever see saltwater livestock invoices there are about 1,500 yellow tangs available to every 5 flame angels. People kill them so more are ordered and shipped. They do deserve to live and im not an advocate for making money off of fish with their rights violated. The only problem is information. When you think about it, very few people in the world know a lick about yellow tangs. (think outside of nano reef) The owner of this tank is clearly informed and knows what to look for when problems start to occur. Yes the tang is probably not happy, but you know what? He could have it worse.

Besides the tang, its still seems like a pretty high bioload to me. I don't have any fish so to speak of, so even 1 fish to me seems high.

its 4 small fish in about 30 gal of water, and the sps stay colorful so i don't think the nutrient level is too high
