Scot-Ty LE Cookie Monster Tort

I just aqquired this from a fellow reef friend and it doesnt apper to be either a Cali-Blue or a Oregon blue tort. It has a different coloration a blue and purple tint with a little bright green around the coralites polyp mouth.
