The pvc pipe in the corner goes to an 18 gallon rubbermaid tub with premixed water with a powerhead and heater. I can just plug it in when I do water changes and it pumps fresh water back into the tank.

The simplicity of it makes it one of the better ones I've seen in a fair while. Nice to see somebody else avoiding the "more is more" route :]

i started out on aquariums loving the ADA style aquariums so the least amount of clutter and stuff is better for me.

i gotta get a blue background and im upgrading to a new filter so i can put the heater in it and have less visible too.
