My new treasue. Established Red Sea Max 34 Gal tank

I just picked up my first tank, and I LOVE it!

I bought an already established RSM 34 gal tank. The tank came with 10 corals, 5 fish, and a bunch of snails. The clownfish and anemone seem to be super happy together. All corals look healthy and happy.

It's really not fair to have the tangs in their. They'll definitely need more room much sooner than you realize. That's a REALLY great looking tank though! Looks awesome.

Hey thanks for the compliments... I'm quite happy. Also, regarding the tangs, I think they're awesome but I'm reading that they aren't the best reef fish. Advise? Also, missing in the picture is a Goby, Sixline Wrasse, and Arc Eyed Hawk fish. Are these guys ok?

you just need to pull the two tangs out, and return them to a local fish store///other than that, your tank looks great. perhaps ask if they'll trade you for some supplies, like maybe some chemi-pure elite or something...

Dont boss him around, make nicely put suggestions.

The other fish you mentioned are fine in that tank. But the tangs will grow to be issue so start looking for a home for them.

"fish wont grow larger than their enviorment" ---> completely false.

TheGrimReefer has no idea what he is talking about. Don't listen to anything he says.

Just take the tangs to an lfs. Otherwise, the tank looks nice.

TheGrimReefer... not to be rude, but that is entirely false. It is the creatures genetic code that establishes what size it will attain. While growth can be inhibited by environmental factors you will not be able to "dwarf" a fish. To attempt to do so is not right or natural. Tangs can cover LARGE areas of reef each day, continually grazing on algae, it is certainly not fair to keep them in a small tank. They will not thrive or be able to reach thier full potential as they would on the reef. It is one of our responsibilities as aquarists to do our best to emulate the natural environment of the organisms we keep.
