Reaching for the Light

I think he/she is running away from that asterina starfish... I have always heard that they eat corals.

no, the asterina's actually part of my cuc. it deals with the microalgae and some biofilm.

i'm not sure if asterinas (specifically) bother clams or only sps (as that article suggests). they haven't bothered the maxima, sps, or other livestock in my display tank (where i transplanted these from).

the clam reaches for the light whether the starfish is there or not.
