You may have a door clashing issue with the doors leading from the front to the foyer to the bathroom. But looks beautiful. Looks like a nice dining room for a tank.

There's only 2 closets in the whole place? Won't that be tight for storage? I guess if you are single then you don't need that much in the way of storage. I forget what it's like to not have a bunch of junk because I was single. I used to be able to move when I was single in 10 boxes and 1 small uhaul truck.

Looks nice, I like the island in the kitchen. I love how developers love to make things sound fancy. "Owner's suite"? That's a new one for me. Don't they mean...bedroom?

morning..nice floor plan..if you dont mind me asking whats the price and sq ft on this ? cause we are currently looking for a condo in the financial district in nyc and its insanely high per sq ft..came out to like $1200/sq ft
