Cam198 Posted March 20, 2008 Hahahaha Nice that'll take care of those tailgaters!!! Quote Link to comment
StevieT Posted March 20, 2008 It is a drill bit for Rock, mostly limestone in quarries, drill the hole and shove ammonium nitrate down inside, boom! There is a shank that I torched off and welded on a 2" square to fit inside the tailgate bracket. Yep, carbide tipped, those are painted black for show, we sell the bit all yellow. Carbide goes in quite a ways into the bit. This is a really expensive tailgate show hitch! But the shank on the bit was damaged in shipment and I couldn't sell it. Quote Link to comment
Nick's Reef Posted March 20, 2008 Stevie you better watch yourself backing out of parking spots, it may make your insurance rate go up! Quote Link to comment
ProFlatlander15 Posted March 21, 2008 Rock drill bits are the ugliest looking things. They remind of the squidies or whatever from the Matrix. Ew. Quote Link to comment

wav3form Posted March 21, 2008 It's usually the pick ups that do the tailgating and reckless driving in my area. Hmmm... Quote Link to comment
chazde3 Posted March 21, 2008 So Stevie, if your from Illinois, why is the bit on a wisconsin truck? Quote Link to comment
StevieT Posted March 21, 2008 Well actually, I am from Wisconsin, but have live in IL for two years now. This is my company truck, yet my personal SUV does have WI plates on it still. The truck is registered in Wisconsin at one of our branches in Milwaukee, good catch, i was wondering when someone would bring that up! Quote Link to comment
