not to try and burst a bubble or anything but you might end up melting the plastic around those bulbs. i had one of those 10 watt 50/50's on a 2 gallon and i had it snugged up against the plastic hood and it ended up melting on me :S

I had a change of plan, becuase I didn't really want to look at all those crap on the side, Im gunna try to jam all of the lights inside the hood. I'll post some pics of the finished thing.
