Sand Anemone

This is my sand Anemone...as u can see its a beautiful green colour indicating the presence of zooxanthellae a symbiotic cyanobacterium or algae which is responsible with providing the anemone with around 80% of its nutrients!!!

well its actually in a breeding tank soo thats y the tank isnt the best haha the water is tho!! cos its bred asexually

well ive already sold them to a local aquarium dealer, but they are a relatively common species of anemone, so u may be able to find them in an aquarium, but the problem is, with sand anemones its very hard to duplicate the same colour, like this species alone comes in soooooooo many different shades and colours, its all genetics and the nature of their environment which determines their visual characteristics!

are these aggressive type and do they move around like other nems? also, how big will these get?

yeah these guys are not agressive at all, but they arent sybiotic anemones like radianthus and magnifica so clowns shudnt host in them, they get to be about 5cm in diameter
