Those are normal. I had tons of those when I started my tank. Wouldn't worry about them.

These are in fact the driving force of ur aquarium, they are wat is called zooplankton, they are the basis of the reef so i wouldnt worry about them in fact they are a very good sign...there are 2 types of zooplankton i can see there copepods and the round one looks like a diatomal calcareous algae
