Looks good but 6 weeks old with 2 anemones and all those coral?!?! Make sure you keep your water quality really high.

Looks like there are 3 anemones. I think I see a flower anemone below the buble coral.

Thanks for all the advise. I'm doing weekly water changes of approx 15%, and regular pH level testing. Using Seachem Marine buffer to maintain pH at 8.3. Also, doing weekly calcium, alkaline, iodine, and strodium additives. I'm trying not to over feed the livestock.

Thanks andre for pointing out the flower anemone. I never new what type it was.

Well anther month has past since my original post. My AquaPod 24g is doing really well. I have learned a lot through research, trial & error. Plus, I've lost some fish in the mean time. That's part of the trial and error. However, all anemoes and corals are doing great. The only coral problem so far was my Rose Brain Coral got bleached.

I've added some new coral pieces and fish. Plus I've invested in a test kit. Thank goodness for the test kit, because it has really helps in maintaining good water quality. Most recently I had somewhate high Nitrate levels (~30ppm). I was able to bring it down rather quickly with Algone (~12.5ppm). Also, I've started using Rowa's phosphate absorber.

I've also been experimenting with some Nano Protien Skimmers. I've ditched the Current Fission Nano Protien Skimmer. I didn't see much difference with or without it. I tested the Taam RIO Nano Skimmer. This skimmer does NOT work very well with a Current AquaPod because the needed water level this skimmer needs cannot be achieved. I'm going to try the Remora Aqua C next. I sometimes wonder if I really need a protien skimmer?

The Metal Halide has proven a bit tricky for me. Because of its intense light, placement of pieces has been a challenge. I've cut my HQI lighting down to 8 hours, and that has helped. I was at 9 hours before. Yes TOSTITO, I have the 75w HQI.

I will get a recent pic posted in the next fews days. Thanks Nano-Reefers for all the great posts. I'm truely enjoying my new found hobby.
