blooper74 Posted September 16, 2006 Why do people insist on puting tangs in small tanks? Unless I am wrong and that is not a small tank. Quote Link to comment

blooper74 Posted September 17, 2006 In the short term he should be ok. Dont think I was trying to fry you for having a tang in there, it's just that you see so many people add tangs to small tanks and swear that it will be fine. In a 50 he should be ok for a while, but please consider a bigger home for it in the future. Nice looking tank by the way. Good luck. Quote Link to comment
andre Posted September 17, 2006 Does it have ich or are those microbubbles? BTW how big is the bangaii? Quote Link to comment
IchIsBadM'Kay Posted September 17, 2006 well tominis stay small, they get just as big as an adult maroon tang (about 5in), he will be fine in the fifty, i have tons of swimming space for him and enough rock which keeps him bizzy grazing all day. i always think about the fish first before my interest when it comes to reef keeping. i would never put a tang in a nano, and what everyone else does is none of my business. and another thing i believe in is that everyone has different experiences. and for andres question. the bangii is my first ever fish, i had him for about a year, and he is about two inches. and about the ich looking thing, its just bubbles, i had a little accident Quote Link to comment
