Brian da lion Posted June 12, 2006 It's always nice coming on the website and seeing a great tank like this. Very nice. Quote Link to comment
10" Red Devil Posted June 12, 2006 Aside from having a ton of coral, which is nice, but anyone can have and do with the right amount of money, I dont see anything unique about the aquascaping. It looks like your typical corals placed on a pile of rock. Quote Link to comment
andre Posted June 12, 2006 I think it is your bacjground that does it. That in contrast with the corals makes it look really good. Did you spraypaint the background on your tank? What specific color did you use? Quote Link to comment
fluidimagery Posted June 12, 2006 Thanks very much for the comments guys. Red Devil, I'm not sure what to tell you, maybe it's a jealousy thing or you're having a bad day. It did take some funding to put this together, but I feel things were thought out well and I'm pleased with the result after 6 months. There are a lot of corals in the tank but I'm sure some will be sold / traded along the way. Andre, the tank is made by Clear For Life, and it came with the background from the factory (dark blue?) 10" Red Devil Posted June 13, 2006 Yeah I guess it was kinda rude sorry. Alot of the folks on here are just starting in the hobby and anything looks good honestly. I remember cause I was the same way. But after you have been in this hobby as long as I have you the whole rock wall, rock mound aqauscaping just gets old and you long to see something different and it annoys me when someone says nice aquascaping, when its the same aquascaping everyone else has. 10" Red Devil Posted June 13, 2006 Oh yes and I am very jealous of how many corals you have for sure! Quote Link to comment
