holy crap why is every thing purple except the sun coral and the fire shrimp and that weird brach thingy sticking out of the sand and is it hard to feed sun coral ive read and reasearched it, it suck you have to hand feed it like every other day , when i feed my coral frozen food my cleaner and peppermint shrimps try to eat it so i fend them off while it eats ,do you have troble becuase you have to feed every polyp ?

thanks for the rating! i feed my sun every 3 days....it is a tiny tank and the water is only 6.5 inches deep. I cut the bottom and top off a water bottle to create a cylinder that goes around the coral when feeding. nothing can bother the sun when the cylinder is around it. i just use a syringe and feed most of the polyps...i read that the colony shares so you don't have to feed each polyp....this seems to be true as new miniature polyps are forming. after it has eaten i partially drain the water in the cylinder...about 2 cups worth to prevent pollution as the water volume is less than 1.5 gallons

Wow. I love the mushrooms. They look great. Such vivid color. That's a great idea using a cylinder over the coral to direct feed. :)
