Steve973 Posted March 8, 2006 Uh oh! What kind of lighting do you have in there? That clam needs halides, and it doesn't look like you have a halide above it. Also, your tank will get stressed out and its condition will degrade until it dies. They need much more lateral swimming room than your bowfront provides. I also hope that you either have a fuge, or that your mandarin will eat frozen food, because that tank (and the live rock within) cannot support a pod population large enough to feed a mandarin. OntarioLiftie Posted March 19, 2006 First off my mandarin does eat frozen foods and white worms, second of all that clam came from a tank running PC lighting which is what i have, and third of all my tangs are doing just fine and with in a year or two i will have my 125 gallon tank anyway Quote Link to comment
