This is my 15 gallon tank I started in June 2005 as you can see 7 1/2 months later much improved and established. The Xenia started with one single stalk I purchased in August this tank and its contents survived hurricane Katrina and Hurricane Wilma which left me without power for 2 1/2 weeks, battery operated air pumps ,natural sunlight and water changes every other day allowed my animals to survive.Talk about putting them through the test huh?

It was a lesson learned it was also a very depressing time for us as our home was damaged too but I being an animal lover knew the tank and my dogs were the highest priority, funny thing is when we did get power it was a cord sent to us from our neighbors across the street who suddenly had power before we did, what did i do? I plugged in my system before using the power for anything else. It was quite an expierience thank you all for your kind words.
