CGNano
I'm wanting to set up a pico for a Harlequin tank, but I really enjoy the presence of Pistol Shrimp. Are the two compatible? The last time I had two paired, the Harlequin was found dead very near the pistol's burrow... =/ Link to comment
DementedLullaby
Are the two compatible? The last time I had two paired, the Harlequin was found dead very near the pistol's burrow... =/ It's not that the pistol shrimp is aggressive, it's that the harlies go to close to it's layer. It can happen with any livestock, heard it happening before with cleaner shrimp. Link to comment
sandlot13
CGnano - i dont know too much bout the pistol shrimp combo, but i would assume that dementedlullaby is pretty close to right. I was thinking of adding a harlquine to my 20L.... any tips or tricks you would recommend? Im wondering if they would eat at the infestation of my asternia seastars that are everywhere in my tank. Thanks! edit - haha, just saw that you posted on my thread already! sorry bout that! Link to comment
CGNano
It's okay, thanks. I guess I won't be adding my pistol then. Just a pair of harlequins. Link to comment
