Cesar
Amazing. Let me ask you. Is that black canopie hidding the AC110? That's a sweet looking 5.5. Makes me want to do something with a 5.5 that I have just laying around collecting dust. Another thing. How did you get that flow to slow down. I had a 110 on a 20g tank and the tubulance was a bit too strong. How did you manage to do that? Killer tank dude. Link to comment

GrapeDrink.
Very nice tank, I really like it. Is it very hard for you to keep those porites alive with only a power filter and 50 watts of pc? Link to comment

I had a 110 on a 20g tank and the tubulance was a bit too strong. How did you manage to do that? Killer tank dude. The AC 110 hangs off the back. The black canopy just sits on the rim of the tank. So you can see the AC110 if you look behind the tank. To get the flow to slow down i cut the impeller blades off. Went from 6 to 3. Then i added the sponge to the end of the intake inside of the tank. Then i added a baffel inside of the filter box. Thats really about it. It has a setting on the intake to slow down the flow. I keep it turned up as fast as it can go. Never had a problem with the flow after i did these mods. It's funny you mentioned the 20g tank you have. I'm getting ready to setup a 20g long and use two AC110 on the back of it for flow. What's up LPA....I recognize these pics from the club board Nosferatu.......What up? Nothing much here....just posting some pics.... Very nice tank, I really like it.Is it very hard for you to keep those porites alive with only a power filter and 50 watts of pc? Never had any trouble keeping anything in the tank as of yet. Link to comment

Where did you get your lighting from.. and can you take a pic of the inside of the canpoy.. Please.. The lights were part of a retro kit purchased from Nanocustoms.com. The hood itself was built by one of my friends. If you look at some of my previous posts you will see a pic of inside the hood and the back of the hood. Link to comment
