Ok I have a 30 gallon bowfront tank drilled with a 2in hole connected to a 30gallon sump that is connected 20gallon high. The 30gallon reef already has some coral and a clownfish in it.Its lighted 250watt halide for light and will have sps and and lps in it. The seahorse/pipe 20gallon tank it is brand new and i just put a plenum in it right now, it will be decorated with to big live rock pillars and the tank will be covered with macro. I plan on putting a high doller skimmer on the system i have a couple of options a ASM G1X or a Blemished Euro-Reef or a ASM G3 if i can find one. If you have a skimmer suggestion for a 70gallon full volume tank im open to ideas. Also i have a 2in hole in the 30reef and need some tips on how to quite it down i already but hosing through it but i think im go to change the angle of the drain to make it more slanted.
