How, not what lighting?

Ok, I figured out what I plan to do for lighting over my new 29 gallon, now the hard part, how to do it.

 

What I want is this: 400w radium 20k alone, hanging over the tank approximately 6" above the water, possibly lower, just need to figure out the "splash safe height". I will rig some kind of pulley to raise and lower it for maintenance and acclimating new photosynthetic corals. Thru browsing thru the sponsors, I haven't come up with a reasonable price.

 

I guess what I am asking is how would you do it? Hellolights has this kit hellolights but unfortunately they do not sell the pendant hood by itself. What would you recommend for the hood? Hellolights is my preference because I have dealt with them a number of times and they are local so I can go pick it up.
