40gal Stretch hex equipment help!

I recently purchased a 40gal stretch hex tank from petco (got it on the $1/gal sale wohoo) and I am starting to get the equipment for it. I have a few questions on what to get.

First I dont think I will be drilling this tank and am going to go with an overflow. Has anyone used this one:

Is it any good or what would you suggest?

Next is the lighting question... would this light allow me to keep most anyting?

It is 305W total.

What would you suggest as a sump? I want it to have a refugium in it as well and how big of a return pump would I need?

Skimmer?

I currently have a 5.5gal and want to go bigger. Thanks for any advice on anything. I wont be setting this up for a while so I have a lot of time to figure out what will work best and get the right parts together.

Thank you!

I got the exactly tank from Petco also. I like it alot but haven't set it up yet. You should go to www.reefcentral.com, and under Nano Tank, you will see a thread for this 40 gallons Stretch Hex. The owner set it up really nice. You can get alot of ideas from that thread.

By the way, is it illegal to mention other website here? If so, i am really sorry. let me know and i won't do that again.

Hope it help.

No its cool to mention RC and any other places you get good info from! There are links to some RC threads and stuff on this web-site. So I think they are lax about it.
