nanoDarth Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 hey hows life treating you all. ill cut to the chase, im thinking of using an internal filter for my invert only 1 gallon pico tank. its the aquatic gardens acrylic tank. im using an elite mini rite now as a powerhead in my 18 gallon until i get a better one and even though itsgot plenty of flow it seems like it has too much flow for a one gallon. i was wondering if anyone has used a fluval 1 internal filter. right now i have the stock filter but im not too happy with it, and ive had a bad experience with aquaclear. so if anyone has any ideas/comments/concerns be sure to post them up. thanks, latez Link to comment
SpencerShepard Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 they both feel pretty cheaply made. the elite mini has just as much flow, if not more. the fluval 1 is twice as big and twice as expensive for no performance increase. Link to comment
