SpencerShepard
I put together a 2L pico last week, and while I'm waiting for the light to arrive, I thought I'd see how it did as a sunlight pico. This morning I noticed all polyps closed and a few copepods dead at the top. Dropped a thermometer in... 100 degrees!! This is in a room at approximately 70 degrees. So keep this in mind...SUNLIGHT IS HOT! Link to comment

Daemonfly
Sunlight easily overheast a small tank, even medium tanks can be prone. Same reason your car gets so hot in the summer from the sun through the glass. Link to comment
