I would like to take this opportunity to purchase a metal halide setup, but the budget is pretty tight at the moment. How long will my GSP, a small patch of zoos, and 4 green mushrooms last under a 15watt normal output actinic bulb only. I run the actinic for about 14 hours a day. Everything opens up and looks great. Nice and flourescent. The tank is a 15 gallon with 2" sand bed, and about 30lbs of rock crammed in there. Water parameters are great and since my light died, so did my hair algae and cyno problem. It has been like this for about 3 days now. Link to comment
