Foogoo Posted March 1, 2003 Share Posted March 1, 2003 I just got a Jalli 2 x 55 watt pc ballast and it is huge. What do you guys put your ballast on? I'm a bit indifferent about putting it directly on the carpet due to the heat it generates. Link to comment

Some mount them behind the tank where they are out of sight, and others even mount them to the top of the canopy. It's really a matter of personal preference. If there isn't room in your stand, or if you don't have a stand, maybe just set it on a brick on the carpet, or a block of wood. Link to comment
