channah
What exactly is my green shroom doing when it reaches out a long tentacle looking thing out of the center? Is it a reaction to other corals? I have a pagoda, colt (the closest to the shrooms), star polyps. Any ideas? Link to comment
WhiteRat
Would this tentacle be pale milky-mucus-looking or somewhat brownish? And occasionally break off and go floating around? Because as far as I know, shrooms don't have sweepers. Ratty Link to comment
Inpha
They release mesenterial filaments when disturbed... they suck it back up... usually not a problem. I think its part of their digestive tract. Link to comment
