Few Q's on dosing a 150gal mushroom reef tank

This is going to be my first post, I normaly search and find the answers to my questions pretty easily.

 

I work retail trade for a Asain store owner. so this is only half of my problems right now. haha, the new onwers of this place bought everything "as is" wich means they're now taking over the nice 150 gallon reef tank that sits in the store front. needless to say, the new owners dont have any clue, as to taking care of a reef tank. much less taking care of a regular fresh water tank.

 

I'm looking for a "safe method" of dosing chemicals. I was thinking they would be best off using Cbalance. But the questions i have with this, how should i explain the presedure of dosing these to them? laguage barrier is bad enough! Or better yet, give me some tips. if i end up taking over of this tank with their money, wich im almost positive it will happen. I could use some first hand advice!..
