wpringle Posted February 24, 2003 Share Posted February 24, 2003 Bought an AS Ca test from Marine Depot which I had some problems with, one of the reagents had some stringy crap in it, and sent an e-mail to them requesting that I exchange it for another. They e-mailed me back and advised that they had sent out a replacement and I should be receiving in a couple of days free of charge and need not return the one I received. This is my second order from MD and I must say that I am impressed with their selection of merchandise, most competitive pricing and shipping ($5.99 to $50.00) and now their customer service. No reason to get robbed at the LFS. Link to comment
Crakeur Posted February 24, 2003 Share Posted February 24, 2003 I have ordered from the dry goods and the livestock stores and have had a few issues with orders (dry and live) that they cleared up rather quickly and with no adiditonal hassles to me. They are one of the few retailers that I can say have excellent customer service (premium aquatics is even better). Link to comment
