Joe_fro
i changed my lighting about a week and a half ago from 2x15w NO flourescents to 2x36w pcs and since then i have gotten an attack of this bright green algae that i really dont like too much. i was wondering what it was and what can i possibly do to rid myself of this problem? i have turned back my light cycle and i hope that might work. any suggestions would be great. joe Link to comment

~_~
If it looks & feels like coralline, then it probably is. coralline comes in nearly every color....pink, purple, blue, green, red, yellow, etc. Link to comment
Joe_fro
I know its not corraline. its not really hairy either, but it is on my rock, sand and glass. but its mostly in the areas that gets the most light. ill try to post some pics later. thanks for the help. Link to comment
