~_~ Posted February 23, 2003 Share Posted February 23, 2003 Two of the powerheads I got from aquaglobe developed some problems. The impeller broke on one, & the other had a "loose plastic" problem on the rotating head cover. I emailed aquaglobe about it, and they responded quickly and said they would mail me replacement parts for both of them for free. (including shipping). Well, today I got the parts in the mail about a week after I emailed them about it, so both powerheads are working again. :woot: ......Actually they sent me a entirely new powerhead (minus the ac adapter & filter addons) instead of the powerhead housing cover.
