I go from pink to fuchia to mauve to purple to? This sucks. I expected more from AS. Their tests are usually great. I dunno if this may have something to do with it but my reagent has stringy crap in it. Wonder if the test is bad. Comments? Link to comment
Physh1 Posted February 23, 2003 Share Posted February 23, 2003 Calcium isn't a particularly easy thing to test.....the best I can tell you is to just it by the most rapid color change point. Shake well between each drop. The way your chemical sounds it may be out of date....there are expiration dates on these chemicals and if there isn't a date on the chemicals themselves the box should have it. Link to comment

Follow the directions add small water vial add measured reagent add foil packet add part 3 reagent drop by drop while mixing. If it don't turn blue you have bad chemicals. Fahz Link to comment
