viix
I have 2 clowns that I have had for just over a week. Everything was going great til a couple of days ago when I noticed a white haze covering them. I check the pars on my tank and the only thing that was out of wack was the nitrates which read about 15 so I did a 5g water change (15g tank) but they still keep getting it. The haze comes and goes so I don't think it's brookynella and I noticed they get it when they have a fight which is mostly at feeding time. I have been feeding them just a little bit once a day because of the nitrates. Is this stress or something else? And if so what should I do about it? Link to comment
viix
Do they look like these? Sorry for the long delay but no it just looks like a white film that covers thier body. And when it's really bad they become almost trasparent, then a few hours later they look as healthy as can be. Link to comment
clifford513
Transparent. Sounds like some sort of cloaking device. They will establish hierarchy and one will become the dominant female. Just monitor your water's parameters and try not to overfeed. Good luck! Link to comment
