what refugium should i get?

I plan on setting up a 10g reef. I want to go with a refugium but not sure what the best way to go is. Aquafuge or the Ecosystem 40. I like the price of the CPR better but i know you get what you pay for in this world. I recently purchased a 13W 6500K light from home depot to modify for a fuge. Assuming it will wrk right. Is the MUDD junk work the xtra cash or LS a good alternative. Let me know what you all think.
