Clownfish - White spots fade during light hours.

I recently purchased a pair of juvenile true percs from the LFS. My tank has had LR/LS in it for about 6 weeks. I added the cleanup crew after the fifth week and added the clowns two days ago.

 

In the morning, while the lights are still turned off I can see little white specs on the fish (smaller than a grain of salt). The odd thing is the specs disappear after about an hour under the lights.

 

Is it early stages of ICH or something else?

 

Ammonia = 0

Nitrite = 0

Nitrate = 5

PH = 8.2

SG = 1.023
