Is 192W dual compact fluorescent enough for 50 gal?

I'm getting a 49 gallon tank tomorrow that I'm going to setup as a reef. I'm going to start with liverock, live sand, and a few fish once it's all setup. Eventually I'd like to add some zoo frags and some corals. Is the 192W ldual compact fluorescent, each bulb is 96 watts for a total of 192 watts, going to be enough? This is the light coming with the setup.
