Sorry I could not help myself.

It seems there is no such thing.

They all need a little something depending on what type of corals you want.

Lately alot of people are just giving up on that idea and are getting Oceanic tanks.

I have a nano-cube 24 that I just set back up a month ago. I am not a DIY person so it is stock with just the pump changed to a maxi jet 1200 and I am debating getting rid of the top and getting better lighting.

I'm not sure the brand(s), but anything with a filter built into the hood you want to avoid. (If you don't want to be doing modifications) I'm sure it's possible, maybe someone here has one, but I don't think they are very easy though. Those filters in the hood are mainly set towards freshwater filtration needs.
