PaulieWalnuts Posted May 9, 2006 Share Posted May 9, 2006 Hey All, Just thought id post some pics of my 2g Mantis tank (its only a temporary home for the mantis, till i set up another 10g in June). some tank specs: RedSea Melody 2 Gallon Tank RedSea Nano Filter Corallife Mini 2x9 Power Compact Light Mini Acrylic Mag-Float Crushed Coral Substrate 1-2lbs of LR rubble Small Piece of Macro any comments or suggestions are more than welcome... im curiouse as to what you all think...now i know that a lot of you dont like the little RedSea Nano HOB, but its great for me... my only question is should i run the mini HOB with the pads that came with it or should i drop a few small pieces of LR rubble in there..will it make any difference? thanks josh Link to comment
shivametimbas Posted May 9, 2006 Share Posted May 9, 2006 i'd say the filter is so small that the rubble wouldnt make that much difference. i use a small piece of sponge in my "acfuge" to trap debris. just rinse em out often. Link to comment
