Spudds Posted February 11, 2003 Share Posted February 11, 2003 I just found a Porcelain Crab that hitchhiked it's way into my tank. It's killed my cleaner shrimp and now I'm worried for my emerald mythrax crabs life. The porcelain crab is just a bit larger than my mythrax. If I should be worrying what is a good way to get this crab out? Link to comment

Normally they filter feed and dont leave there established area. hmmmmm are you sure it was the porcelain crab? I have one in my 55 with a cleaner and an emerald (hes gone now) and Ive never had any problems with him picking a fight. If you do want to get him out get a shot glass and prop it near his home with a chunk of shrimp. He'll fall in but wont be able to get out!! Do this when the lights go out though otherwise your fish will pick at the food. Link to comment
